Don’t even bother looking elsewhere. They are professional polite and always did as they said they would. They were never late and always showed when they said they would. Most of us have hired contractors and had anxiety about what they said they’d do vs what they did but this group is simply the best I’ve worked with. My roof leak was exceptionally hard to diagnose but they persisted and made every interaction pleasant and did as they said they would. You won’t find a more reliable, responsive group out there. Very impressed with R Line Roofing & Home Imptovements and its team. They completed our roofing repairs for a storm and tempest issue that our insurance covered and stopped all of the leaks. We rang them about a separate issue 6 months later when our chimney leaked. It was caused by our chimney sweep leaving a large pile of soot in a valley and damaging the flashing. They wouldn’t accept anything for going up on our roof and sorting the problem as he said that we were good clients. I have since recommended them to my friends and my pest control clients.

R Line Roofing & Home Improvements came to inspect my roof for a water leak. After inspecting the roof, they said the entire roof is non-compliant and needs to be replaced. They suggested that I contact the original builder to rectify it and even took lots of photos and videos for me as evidence. They didn’t charge me anything. They could have charged me for the inspection or he could have just fixed the leak and charged me for that. Instead they gave me a lot of valuable advice such as engaging a roof plumber inspector to prepare a report.

We actually hired another roof repair company a few weeks earlier and they several thousand without fixing the core problem – leaking, rather, they just cleaned our terracotta tiles. I asked many times if the leaking would be fixed and they kept reassuring me that it wouldn’t be a problem. But after it all, it still leaked.

We have used R Line Roofing And Home Improvements for several repair projects in our apartment building and they always do a good job. we have a high roof from the ground and they always do safe work method statements and make sure workers are safe. Their planners keep in touch and help get things done on time and even early if they can. They even send you a message from the repairer when he is on his way and you can track how far away he is. Having a tradesman turn up when they say is often rare these days. We recommend them me to anyone.
Had an ongoing leak in a newish colourbond roof that nobody could seem to find – including the builders that did the entire Reno initially. Eventually gave up with them out of frustration so gave roofers near me a go. They found the problem on the second attempt which was a great result considering what we’ve been through. Any issue you might have with leaks give them a go. They proved they would dig deep to find the problem.

With recent rains I found a water leak around the skylight and contacted 5 roofers. Only 1 replied that he was busy for 2 months and RLine Roofing And Home Improvements responded promptly and arranged for Alex to do an inspection. Alex inspected the property and advised the skylight needed to be replaced and whilst on the roof checked the gutters etc. I got the quote the next day and within two weeks the skylight was replaced and some edges of the guttering were sealed. Alex and his team did an excellent job and I can recommend RLine Roofing for roof repairs.

In fact, when a creative adjustment was made to their quoted solution on site, they reduced the quote accordingly.
